He was great. There was one small issue but he came back right away to fix it. No complaints whatsoever. His price was GREAT.

They are very friendly. The quality is good. They do a speedy and good job.

It's now two years later, and we can see there that were some problems with the quality of the job. He's had to come out and repaint some spots and there are bubbles and peeling paint all over. We had a different person do another house this summer, and it was obvious from start to finish that there were major differences in how the two jobs had been executed. While the other paint job is newer I expect it to last much longer because a lot more care was taken with removing the old paint, fixing rotten wood, and so forth.

It was exactly as he said it would be. They started on time, were very punctual, and professional. They covered areas to keep the paint from splattering. The painting job turned out fabulous. I just can't say enough about them. They all had nice personalities and were nice to be around. They cleaned up everything when they were done.

It was a very stressful week when he was here. The job is done and it's still not done right. There are two parts to a successful paint job.......the preparation (chipping off old paint, sanding, and caulking) and then the actual application of paint. Bob apparently doesn't believe that the old chipping and peeling paint needs to be removed since he painted right on top of it. He also painted over mold that accumulated on the wooden surfaces. We discussed both of these things prior to him beginning the work and he assured me that all the old chipping and peeling paint would be removed and that the mold would be washed off with clorox before he began to paint. Once I realized that he wasn't doing it right (wasn't doing what he said that he would), I asked him about it. He initially dismissed my inquiry and continued with what he was doing. I then took a closer look at a window and realized that it was so bad that the chipped paint was easily removed with just a fingernail. I stopped him and told him that the job either needed to be done right or they needed to leave! They broke for lunch to decide what to do and when he returned, he said that they would continue the job. Well, I had to inspect EVERYTHING they did which isn't at all what I contracted for!!!! His attitude was better for the remaining days but the quality of work was only slightly better. He still continued to cut corners. When asked about it, he said that he had no explanation. He said that he would do what was needed to finish the job but he just doesn't have a good work ethic. The job is done and I'm NOT at all happy with the final result. I will have to have at least two doors repainted, the garage door sanded and repainted and the siding on a powder room sanded and repainted. Never hire him if you want a quality paint job. Anyone can slap on paint! Get someone cheaper if that's all you're looking for. And don't believe him. He isn't capable of doing it right.

I think overall it went pretty well. He has a couple of daughters and guys who help him out. They were relatively efficient and very professional. We had some shrubbery around the house that they were very careful to not get paint on, as we instructed them to do. Their bid was in the middle of the rest of the bids we got.

The jobs went smoothly - spread over three days for drying time between plastering and paint coats.

They came at the time he said he would. They cleaned up well. The crew was friendly and very nice. The only complaint we have is a window was painted shut and we are waiting for them to come back.

They did a great job. Very prompt, they were there when they said they would be. Very professional. They cleaned up the area they worked in. I will use this company in the future. No problems what so ever.

I tried calling a few places and this was the only company where I spoke to a real person immediately. I believe it was his wife, who is quite pleasant, as is Bob. He was very prompt with the estimate. When we realized we were changing the original plan he came out again (on the weekend) to meet with us, discuss it and give a new estimate. Occasional phone tag while we were getting things set up. Sometimes a call would be unreturned for a couple of days. The work was completed in two days. It looks great and they cleaned up completely. They also left the remaining paint with us for any future need. I would highly recommend this company and will call Bob again in the future if I want any painting done, inside or out. Overall, really really excellent!

This company was excellent to work with. They came in after I dismissed the previous painter for poor work and had to troubleshoot and repair the things the other company did not do properly. The communication and flexibility of this company is excellent. I have already recommended them to others.

Painting job was most satisfactory. They were also polite and cleaned up after their work.

Very well; the whole experience was easy and very pleasant from the estimate to the overall job.

I SPOKE WITH OTHER COMPANIES, AND HAD CHEAPER PRICES, BUT I WAS TIGHT ON TIME TO GET THE WORK DONE. THEY DID ALRIGHT, BUT IF I USED THEM AGAIN, I WOULD REALLY SIT TIGHT ON THEM. I WOULD WANT TO MAKE SURE THEY DID THE JOB AS I HAD ASKED.

We were very pleased. The whole crew were extremely pleasant including family members working for the summer. They used top quality materials, and did good preparation work. When I spotted a couple of areas I thought needed more attention they were very responsive to my concerns. Only the years will tell for sure, but it was a very pleasant experience.
