"Nick B and Ethan E came a couple of days earlier than scheduled(which we really appreciated since it is a week before Thanksgiving) to level our concrete garage/laundry room floor. We had already moved everything out from both areas(some was in our dining room and kitchen) in preparation for their arrival when Nick reached out to us that they had finished other jobs sooner than expected and could come to our home a few days earlier. Needless to say , getting the job done a few days earlier gave us more time to get our home ready for Thanksgiving dinner! They were both professional, courteous and quickly got the job done. We are pleased with the results!"

Well that changed the second you signed on the dotted line. The have no pride or care for their â customersâ aka paychecks. I have never wrote a negative review about a company before but felt it extremely important after giving them every opportunity to make it right for me and my family. You would be better off with a big box store or Pella, I honestly feel like they should be ashamed of themselves. If you are reading this review and have any questions and are considering no using American Home Design please give me a call and I will gladly speak with you about why you should NOT. The manger I was dealing with this entire time to this day has still not answered my email, extremely poor customer service. Bait and switch sales tactics. RUN!"

The floor needed repairs and leveling. I contacted 4 companies to evaluate the problem and develop a solution. Luke Griffin, with Mr. Foundation, was the only person who actually went under the house and took pictures of the problem for us to see. We were able to see what was happening at the fireplaces. He then studied the problem and the next day offered us a solution. They came and installed steel beams with stainless steel jacks, leveled the floors and resolved the problem. I tell people an elephant now could jump up and down on the floors. Would I recommend Mr. Foundation?? 100%!!! And, FYI, their price was considerably less than two of the other companies."
