The work was challenging: narrow, steep, curving driveway with a gate; fence on side and back of the work area; junk, including an old concrete pad, under the old shed; sloped site. The owner discussed the job and provided cost estimate(s), negotiated schedule, worked with me to resolve unforeseen issues, focused on the job so it was completed in a timely manner, and was pleasant to deal with.
