"Jeff is the best of the best! His professionalism, attention to detail, and hard work ethic makes him an unbeatable match for any project your home may have. We got SO lucky that he was able to fit us in to remodel our stomp textured ceiling into a smooth white beautiful ceiling and replace lighting throughout our kitchen and dining room. He did an excellent job and we will hire him back for other projects in our home. Don’t wait, book Loop Construction!"

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

The costs depend on the type of wood, labor, roofing material, permits, and whether additional storage or enclosed walls are included.

The longest part of building a custom home is the design phase. It takes multiple professionals and a ton of work to bring your vision for your dream home to life while sticking to a homebuilding budget and also ensuring everything is built to code. Expect the design phase for a custom home build to take six months to a year.

The process typically takes 2-6 weeks, depending on the project size and level of customization.

When conducting space planning, building codes and regulations need to be considered. As long as you are taking them into account and discussing them with the architect, you should be able to do your space planning appropriately.

Mid-century modern architecture was a popular home style throughout the U.S. from the 1950s to 1970s. Most homes feature a wide and symmetrical floor plan with low-sloped roofs and floor-to-ceiling windows. Its minimalism and balanced appearance are back on the home style scene, particularly when maximizing sunlight, airflow, and a blend with the home's natural surroundings.
