He quickly identified the issue, had the part on hand, and got the unit running again. At the same time, I got a pretty good education about my A/C system. The work was done well, and the price was fair. Mid-Tenn Mechanical will be my first call in the future."

"I requested an inspection from AFS due to a sloping area in my floor. Brock came out, conducted a thorough inspection of the foundation and crawlspace. He explained the process throughout the inspection to let us know what he was looking for and gave us a detailed report with pictures afterwards. We decided to go ahead and do the encapsulation and dehumidifier along with one area of support. They were able to schedule the job within the week. Kenneth, Jose, and Javier arrived on time. They introduced themselves and explained everything they were going to do. They were friendly and professional and answered any questions I had. When the job was complete, they cleaned everything up, did a visual inspection with me so I could see everything they did, pointed out a couple of things I need to take care of soon, and finished their day. I have been impressed with AFS so far this week. I am excited to see how everything goes over the next few weeks with the dehumidifier. Thanks AFS!
