"They asked if it was OK to come a day early, and while they estimated to finish in a day, it actually took two days, due to a bit more shoring up of the supports that was not noticed during the initial estimate. That being said, they stuck to their original estimate, hauled off the old boards and even ran a magnet over the grass to pick up and loose screws/nails, etc that remained after cleaning up.
