"During Christmas week it was for a rat that got in, and Steve was kind enough to come out on Dec. 26 to see how they were getting in! He helped so much in identifying areas in the attic. "I've used them for 11 years. They come every month. I have an agreement with that. It's $25 for the regular service and I can call them anytime and they come back. It's $150 for termites. The termites is once a year. They're as nice as can be, I have a problem they come out the same day. I think their price is very competitive. The owner is a very good personal friend."
