What impressed me the most is that they did the job right, no cutting corners, no making excuses etc. If they hit a snag, which this house was built in the sixties as a fishing cabin so there are plenty, they figure it out before moving forward the correct way. "The cover to our patio looks great, but ... to install the three posts. they needed to cut into the existing stone patio. After the cover was installed, they did an inadequate job replacing the stones around two of the three posts. I went to the office to pay for the work, told them of this problem, and they told me to send photos and they would get it addressed. I've sent photos (twice), but they have ignored my requests. Lesson learned: don't pay until you are completely satisfied."
