After the inspection was over Mr. Eggleston explained in detail the kind of mold and what to use to remove it. I didn't want to do it myself for health reasons, so, they came later that evening and cleaned the chimney. I still saw areas that weren't cleaned in the upper area of the chimney. I called and was told they would return after lunch; which they did, to clean it. I chose this company because they responded very qiuckly; no waiting around for a call.
