Blue Ridge Home Improvement came out the next day after contacting them for an estimate, took measurements and sent me a contract the next day, that is the last contact I have had with them. It has been 2 months since I signed the contract and I have emailed them twice with no response. Company has no integrity.

Donâ t use Chris Green of Blue Ridge Home Improvement LLC. He is not licensed or insured. We gave him $3,000 down payment and he never finished our job and only brought some of the materials of which some where the wrong kind. Con artist.

Hired to remove and replace balcony deck, as well as build a dormer over the entire balcony with a fireplace at one end. Hired in December work is still not completed as of May. Owner of company blocked my cell from calling and or texting. Stopped communicating. Stopped doing work in March left the project half finished. The deck after replaced leaked into my home and garage. His solution was to build a roof over the deck because he could not solve the leaking problem. I would advise very cautiously for hiring him as he ripped us off for over $58,000 for project not completed .

We were very pleased with the retaining wall they put in for our walk-out basement. Chris' 18 years of experience and expertise were evident in our conversation about what he'd do, how he'd do it and why he does it that way. We liked that he provided a simple contract that protects him and protects us, that we both signed. He and his crew did a great job, were dependable and easy to communicate with.

The crew is over all fantastic and very good at what they do. Theyâ re very kind hearted people and care about what YOU want for an affordable price. They do just a little bit of everything and Iâ m looking forward to continuing working with them in the future.

I contacted Blue Ridge after seeing their phone number on their truck. They built my carriage house garage, and they went above and beyond! They were punctual and answered all my calls on time. I am very pleased with end result of their work. I have also recommended them to others.
