"Riggins is absolutely top of line. I am incredibly picky and they did a fantastic job in the rooms they painted. Minor wall repairs were fixed perfectly. Even fixed some imperfections in the trim. Lines between wall and trim perfect. Additionally, by far the most professional staff we have ever had. Our salesman (Austin) was on site every day to make sure the work was to standard. The painter (Craig) did a great job. On time every day; cleaned up each day. I could not be more impressed with any company. They will be doing all of my future paint jobs."

Marvelous job!  Our 11-year-old house was long past due for new paint.  Lots of patching was required in all rooms; Chris and Arturo found and repaired areas we hadn't even noticed.  This was an arduous task - the ceilings in the living room and foyer are two stories high.  The painters arrived promptly every day, behaved professionally, and completed the work in about 4 days. Our house looks far better than it did when new.  I only have three wishes:

1)  Wish we hadn't waited so long

2)  Wish we had painted after fireplace and foyer tile work and new carpet.  The painters didn't spill a drop but the tile guy and carpet installers banged up our newly-painted baseboards.  We'll gladly hire Chris to touch up the damage.

3)  Wish other types of home improvement services were included in his repertoire.  He'd have a full-time job at our house!

"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"Overall, it went well. RoofMD worked with my insurance company to get the best results. The work was scheduled and some quickly. There were a few small problems that happened (exposed nail heads, vent pipes knocked loose). These shouldn't have happened but they did. However, they corrected the problems immediately when brought to their attention. Even 2 years after the work was done, I had a section of ridge caps come off due to poor fastening by the workers. RoofMD sent a crew out the next day to repair the roof. A+customer service."
