I do not do pressure washing. I provide sandblasting and dustless sand blasting. I am able to do what pressure washing cannot. I am able to remove stains, coatings, paint, stains ect.... I am able to do this on all types of materials like concrete, brick, wood, metal. If you have paint flaking off your house that needs to be removed before painting i can take care of it. Are you wanting your garage floor etched so you can paint it or is your log cabin needs to be resealed and you would like to get it stripped without using chemicals this is the way.

"Mr. Juarez owner of Construction Pros was unprofessional,  unresponsive,  showed poor craftsmanship, and exibited predatory practices when he was hired by my elderly mother to complete concrete work by repaving of her driveway. Mr. Juarez first encounter with my mother was the 04 Jun 21, he charged $14,469.00. He was paid $6500.00 up front by my mother per the invoice provided. It has taken him approximately 3 months and the driveway is unfinished and is already cracking and falling apart. He requested several payments from my mother during this time stating that he needed to pay his workers. In all my mother has given him over 12,000.00 to date. During the course my mom and I texted and  called trying to reach Mr Juarez to see when he was going to complete the work.  When he did show up he requested more money from my mother each time. On 31 Aug 2021, he contacted my mother and said he wanted to speak with her and I knew he was going to ask for more money and guess what he did,but this time I was there ( he was unaware that I was standing just a few feet away)and heard the predatory tactics of Mr. Juarez requesting more money for a treach he had dug beside the driveway a week prior. He did not get permission from my mother prior and now he is asking for more money. At this point I severed all ties with Mr.Juarez and have hired another contractor to re-do what he was paid for. I will be seeking legal counsel against Mr.Juarez."

Decorative Concrete questions, answered by experts

Concrete contractors typically charge anywhere from $6 to $14 per square foot. Cost factors include job size, site prep, base material, accessibility, your location, concrete finish, and concrete thickness. Removal of existing concrete, asphalt, deck, pavers, and grass will cost anywhere from $1 to $6 per square foot. Homeowners can often save money by removing and disposing of existing pavers, decks, and grass. Breaking up and hauling away concrete and asphalt is difficult and time-consuming without the proper equipment and may be worth having the pros do that work.

Unfortunately, concrete cracks happen, so there’s no surefire way to avoid them long-term. To slow down the cracking, apply a sealant every two to three years and use sand rather than salt to melt snow or ice. Using salt speeds up the freeze-thaw cycle, which may increase the likelihood of cracking. Additionally, keep vehicles and heavy machinery off of your concrete, as the weight can lead to more cracking.

Building a concrete driveway normally takes between one and three days, including the time to cure the concrete. Wait at least seven days before driving on your driveway and two days before walking on it. Your contractor may require additional time if you need to level the ground, install a drainage system, or order special concrete materials. Installing a driveway also often requires a permit, so be sure to include this wait into your prep time as well.

Whether you make concrete countertops yourself or hire a pro, they’re not the most budget-friendly surface options, and because they’re porous, they require regular resealing. Another con of concrete countertops is that they’re heavy, meaning additional reinforcing support is sometimes necessary to protect your cabinets and possibly even your floors.

If you don’t put gravel under concrete, the concrete can crack, sink, bow, or crumble. Even the concrete forming process will not go as smoothly if you are working directly on the soil or bare bedrock. The lack of a proper gravel layer can also lead to drainage issues below your slab, leading to water issues throughout your lawn and around your foundation.
