In between these jobs, Eddie was able to get my old floor removed and the new tile installed, plus he hauled away the old flooring and an old toilet and installed a new toilet. There was a section of roofing on the back of the house that was done by an armature at best that caused a lot of wood rot. The foreman of the job showed me how it could be repaired and saved me over $1500 on the job.
