"As many customers have found out, Expansive Flooring and Mr. Jayme West are exactly what all contractors should hope to achieve. Mr. West is outstanding in his workmanship, his fairness in pricing, and his devotion to his client. He brings art to flooring and it turns out beautifully! I highly recommend Expansive Flooring to anyone needing repairs or upgrades. I already have several projects lined up for Mr. West in the coming months!"

"Personal Touch did a wonderful job with the installation for my fireplace. Jim was even gracious enough to work with me on a tight timeline, which is very appreciated. The material was labor & time intensive and not the easiest of installs. It however, was very well executed. Jim and Santana were a pleasure to work with, especially when I had questions or concerns as to what would be the end result. They very much had it under control, and explained everything very well. When a very minor issue revealed itself, Jim was responsive in fixing it. I had no concerns with them being in my home when I wasn't there. That was immensely helpful to me, as was the level of neatness and clean up. I would definitely hire again, and look forward to Personal Touch doing my future tile projects."

"Awesome experience - cleaned my existing hardwood floors to match newly layed adjacent floors and I can't tell the difference were the new boards just slightly difference. I learned a lot and look forward to a good annual cleaning!"

"Love the Electrostatic Sanitizing! It ensures that any and ALL surfaces are bacteria and germ free, including COVID-19! Giving us great peace of mind in keeping our church family safe! Would HIGHLY recommend!"

"I called American Cleaning Service when my dishwasher broke while i was at work on a 12 hour shift. I came home to water every where in my kitchen and utility room. He was only 10 minutes from me and got here it seemed within minutes. He and his employee came in and quickly started the removal of the water without question. This company is very thorough as well as polite and professional. I would recommend this company anytime and will use them again if needed in the future as well.

"The cleaning service was less than he bathroom counter had obviously been cleared off for cleaning (everything was moved out of place) but the counter had not been cleaned and the floors were left unswept. I would have understood if they had given an explanation, but they rushed out an hour earlier than I expected them to based on the appointment reminder that I received from them. I really wanted to like them and be able to continue using their services, but their customer service just wasn’t what I expect. Also, the main thing I wanted them to do was clean my living room windows. When I spoke to them on the phone I was told they would. Once they arrived, they told me the windows would be an additional charge of over $100 dollars."

"Everything was great from start to finish!! Tom is a professional and easy to work with. My floors look absolutely wonderful. I have already referred my coworker to him. Don't hesitate to hire Precision Flooring!"

I highly recommend them!!"
