My oldest son and I started this company, because I lost my youngest son to negligence from a contractor. I have 25 years of knowledge in the construction industry. I have seen poor craftsmanship, unsafe structures, and faulty work throughout my life. so, I retired from being an electrical superintendent to change the way contractors do business and to create safe structures that you call home. I am committed to safety and to making everything we build safe and secure.  We are committed to excellence in every aspect of our business. We uphold a standard of integrity bound by fairness, honesty, and personal responsibility. Our distinction is the quality of service we bring to our customers. Accurate knowledge of our trade combined with ability is what makes us true professionals. Above all, we are watchful of our customers' interests, and make their concerns the basis of our business. Above all, We give God the Glory.

"They were on time, cordial, respectful, did a great job and I would definitely hire them again. A very good company, and very professional!"

Our company is managed through an administrative team including the owner and designer, a saleman and marketing specialist, an accountant and a project manager. As a team we have accumulated over 75 years of experience in the fields of remodeling and construction. Aside from the managerial team, we also have a specialty plumber/electrician, painter, finish workers, and a fluctuating staff of hourly laborers skilled in every facet of interior remodeling and exterior projects also. We handle as much of each project ourselves as possible, and only under rare special occurances to accomodate our customers we will hire subcontractors. Billing is handled on an invoice to invoice basis which is based on our productivity.

Appliance Sales questions, answered by experts

You should deep-clean your dishwasher every month for optimal performance. A simple scrub down using a homemade vinegar liquid solution is all you need, but don’t use cleaners that aren’t for dishwashers

If your dishwasher needs repair, expect to spend between $50 and $100 or $100 to $200 per hour to hire a dishwasher repair technician to service your machine.

Treat hard water with water treatment tablets to keep your dishes from getting spotty in between washes. Drop one of these into your dishwasher monthly and run a basic cycle with the machine empty.

You’ll need to unhook your old appliance but once you do, you can recycle it, donate it, sell it, reuse it, trade it in, or give it as a gift (provided it still works or is easy to fix). Most of the time when people are switching their appliances it’s either because the old one broke or they are upgrading. If the item is broken, the best option is to recycle it. This may carry a cost based on the appliance or its weight. If the appliance still works, you may choose to sell it or gift it. What you do with your old appliance ultimately comes to whether it’s still functioning.

With proper cleaning and maintenance, most ovens last 15 to 20 years. When it comes to longevity, ovens are one of the more enduring appliances. That's because ovens don't have as many moving parts as other popular large appliances, like dishwashers and washing machines, so they don't wear out as quickly.

How long a refrigerator lasts depends on the brand, model, and the level of maintenance you carry out, but the average lifespan is around 15 years. In general, a fridge can last anywhere from 8 to 27 years, though most fridges will be good to use for 10 to 15 years. You can extend the usable life of your refrigerator by having it serviced as soon as you notice any issues.

The best time to buy kitchen appliances is often during holiday weekends; Black Friday and Cyber Monday being the biggest.

However, you’ll likely find decent deals during Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, or Fourth of July weekend.

While these dates might spell out sales, a deal is only as good as its discount. Note the full price of each appliance before shopping sales to understand if you’re truly saving cash.
