Our Samsung fridge would repeatedly stop cooling and start back up after a few hours. Ivan quickly realized what was happening and what part needed to be replaced, and recommended that a second heater should be added to prevent the top half of the coils from freezing over again. Once the part arrived, he performed the repair/upgrade quickly and expertly. In both visits he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Moreover the cost of the service was very reasonable. We will entrust all of our future appliance repairs to ProTech.

Do not complete the job. Check out dishwasher and said the plug was lose. But he push on the plug and still not working. Uplug the control board and plug it in again and it work for a day. Then I check it out and did the samthing. It started working again for a day. It sound like unplugging the board, it reset the it. They do not stand bye there so called repair

You were only charged the service call fee for this diagnostic service. When the issue recurred a couple of weeks later, we offered to return promptly for further diagnostics and repair, but you requested additional diagnostics without an extra charge, despite the distance from Knoxville to your residence."

Problem fixed for 1 day. I have tried multiple times to get ahold of this company again to have them come back out. No one answers the call, nor calls back. $375 down the drain!

This man, Ivan, showed up and fixed our refrigerator. He returned a day or two later to tweak the ice maker which had frozen up . While he was here, we had him install a new disposer.

Ivan was on time, knowledge, honest and completed the service to my satisfaction. He had all the tools he needed with him. He was very polite and I think his pricing was fair. I would call him again if I needed service. The ice maker wasnâ t working, it had gotten iced over. That caused the board to not work and the refrigerator and freezer to not be cooling properly. He explained everything to me and showed me way was wrong. I appreciate his honesty.
