"On time arrival, took shoes off, courteous, and knowledgeable. Looked at multiple appliances (e.g. microwave, dishwasher, washer, and fridge) and explained everything he was doing. Was able to replace the door switch on my microwave (had the OEM part in his cargo van). In the process, a separate issue with the microwave occurred (the interior dome light would no longer come on). He spent several minutes trying to troubleshoot but we could not figure out. We reached a fair agreement on price due to this unfortunate situation. He also provided a temporary fix on my refrigerator’s defrost drip tray (which was cracked and leaking).
