It went really well, they always call before they got to the house. They were on time, during the visit it was great, they are knowledgeable, and said everything I needed to know. The price was really reasonable.

I feel like I am getting the run around. The personnel I spoke to on the phone stated that the service tech is not trained to give prices for replacement but the are trained on giving prices on repairs. The additional layers show me that they are charging higher prices for service.

My unit was tested, and the tech found that my air duct was disconnected coming from the house. Great work.

They were exceptional and trustworthy workers.  They went above and beyond their call of duty and saved us a ton of money when they found an issue in one of our ducts.  They explained every step of the process and were efficient and very thorough.

Charged three times what original professionally installed thermostat cost and we received a much weaker thermostat.  To replace with same quality thermostat, we would have had to pay about 5 times a much.  Was a weekend call.

They are a great company.  I have had them for over 13 years.  I have gotten all my HVAC systems from them and I have used them for my twice a year maintenance tune ups.  They are prompt, courteous, reasonable and you can trust everyone of their employees. They give you a fair price and stand by their work.

They came in on Saturday for an estimate when our unit went out. They went over financing options and solutions. We got accepted and approved sent up a day to do the work. That Monday they called to apologize for a scheduling conflict said it would be the next day. They came out did the job in a very professional and proficient manner. I would recommend them for any ac/heating needs.

They come to give us an estimate and then came the very next day to install it.  They did all outside work before I got home from work and then they did the inside work.  They came back a few days later to do all the duct work.  They were very polite and professional.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

It went very well. I have a maintenance contract with them. They come twice a year. I had them for a number of years. The service agreement warranties issues and that helps. They have good ideas for ways to better maintain your system. They gave you options in terms of additional things you could do with maintenance as oppose to just coming out and doing what I tell them to do which isn’t necessarily all of what I need. I really like that. With the agreement, if you have a problem you get priority help. They’ve done a good job for me and they’ve been honest. When I added a back porch, I was looking a $5000 or more expensive stand-alone unit. When I created up a four-season room, they suggested that they run the duck work from my existing furnace and cut some holes in the ceiling in the porch for the airflow to come in. That was beautifully. It was a fraction of what the other companies were estimating than that would cost me from a stand-alone unit. I saved the most money with them. Their price is reasonable given how expensive it is to have somebody come out. Their responsiveness is very good. You make an appointment that’s convenient. They come out when they said they were going to come out. The technicians that I dealt with are very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ll continue to use them. I’ve used them now for nine years.

Everything's working fine. Mike called to let me know when he was on his way and when to expect him. He was very professional and was careful not to track in any dirt into my house by wearing booties over his shoes. The service was fast and I was very satisfied that my air conditioning unit was back on. Thanks again!

They effective did everything that needed to be done. They're not overpriced and they do fair work.

Miken spent time with my wife and I to ensure he understood what we wanted.  He took measurement and asked lots of questions.  Spent about two hours for the initial visit.  He came back a week later with a manual J calculation and several ways to do exactly what we wanted.  The house is difficult to heat and cool because of the design.  He recommended a system that was what we were looking for (that no other bid had).  One hour installers spent nearly a week replacing the ductwork, installing new ducts and getting the system running.  They worked their tails off during a very cold week.  They were punctual, knowledgeable and friendly.  The price was expensive but we expected this due to the complex nature of the system so we definitely got what we paid for.  We also were able to receive rebates from CEMC and tax credits due to the type of system.  We even financed a portion through CEMC, an option that no other bid had.

We have had the system for two and a half months and it works extremely well.  Our energy bills were lower than before, even in the surprising cold we have had this winter.  I fully expect the savings to continue through the summer.

They were excellent. I felt very comfortable with them. They were very clear on what they were going to do and help me get the most efficiency out of my unit, so that's why I decided to go with them. I was very happy with them.

Heat pump would not come on because the freon within the AC unit outside as explained to me by the tech had fell below a certain level causing the system to shut down!  The tech explained that the system must have a small leak somewhere in the system to lose freon and the cost to find the leak would have been expensive from the price that was quoted.  I chose to wait for a later date to find the leak.  Once 2 lbs of freon was added to the outside unit, the system kicked on as the technician said it would!  There is a service fee to be paid for coming out to diagnose the problem.  This service fee is charged to you whether you choose to pay for the repair or not

They got someone out within two hours. He was quick, knew what he was doing, it was hot outside and he did not complain about it. He gave me a good deal for a year package.  It was good.

Technician looked over A/C unit, ran some test, and turns out I did not have a problem with the unit, so I was only charged a service fee, which is reasonable.  I felt like the technician was very honest....

Overall, everyone involved was very thorough, they met with us, answered questions, set up a financing plan and returned to inspect that the
unit and duct work were properly done. The warranty was explained and I  was left with the feeling that I understood what I had purchased and was satisfied with the overall process.
