Mr. Sherwood is amazing! When I initially called he asked if I was in imminent danger and needed immediate service (I was not and did not). He very quickly came to the house and worked on as much as he could the first day. He came back with new locks, etc. and finished it up the same week - 5 jobs altogether. He's very professional and hands his card to you when you answer the door - he's safety conscious. Very polite and delightful to have in your house (you know how there are some people that do the job, but you'd never want them in your house - that's not him). It was extremely reasonable financially. If only the whole world worked by the same ethics and timeliness we'd all be so much happier!

Great! Came on time, took his time to fix our brand new locks that were installed incorrectly by our builder. Had to rekey one of the locks. He came quickly when we realized one of our doors was no longer locking at all and presenting a security concern.

Although Sherwood had not been factory trained on these specific doors, he didn't let the inquiry drop right there. He contacted another locksmith he collaborated with that had the experience in these type of doors. From there, I could schedule the repair. The job was extensive and went well over the anticipated time to get it done (tricky door). But the lock and handle got installed along with fixing another underlying issue. It works better than it has in years, and the original quote was honored. It's a testament to his customer service that if a job was out of his range of experience, he collaborated with his network of locksmiths to find someone to get the job done.

We were very happy to have Sherwood Locksmithing come out to repair our lock on the front door. We could not lock the door at all (due to weather changes) and Thomas arrived as agreed the very next day. Everything was finished in about an hour and we couldn't be happier!

His response time was very quick with my initial call. Communication was clear and precise as to what he could offer and with scheduling the lock changes for the house. He showed up on time and was a total professional. Very easy to communicate with and just a great, friendly guy. A few months later I locked my keys in my car in a parking lot, and he was there in a flash to get me on the road again. Highly suggest him for all residential and commercial locksmithing needs.

We called Sherwood Locksmithing, he came right out and got her right out of the car before she was even done crying. So thankful for his speed and professionalism! He's also done great work on the front and back doors of our house when locks needed to be changed or doors were replaced.  If the rating system went to A+, that's where he'd be. 

We have also contracted with him to do all the locks for the new house we're building!

Have been doing business with Thomas Sherwood for many years.  Very responsive to my phone calls.  Arrives when he says he will.  Is able to complete each and every task that I have asked of him and completes them in a very timely manner.  His truck is well stocked but if the part is ordered Tom will do everything he can to help me secure the facility before he leaves. 

This particular event Thomas rekeyed several interior lockset and cut several new keys for each lockset.  I can tell Thomas what we need and show him where the doors in question are located.  Thomas takes care of things from there.  I don't see Thomas again until the job is complete.  It is really easy for me to deal with Thomas.  He knows his stuff and all I have to do is point him in the right direction.
