"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They took my 1st half deposit and then vanished. I have called multiple times. Spoke with someone once and they promised a call back. Never did. Emailed and no response. This was over 4 months ago. Nothing. They stole my money. Sales guy was John Mullikin. Here's their class-act response by chat. The best response I've had yet. "Conversation closed by Erika"."

"It was great. The person who came out to check our house was incredibly courteous and gave us a lot of great information. They sprayed the inside and outside of the house on the first and second visit and then just the outside since. We have really noticed a drop in the number of bugs around. With the annual plan they come spray once every 3 months, but if you notice bugs or anything 2 weeks after they have sprayed they will come spray again for no extra charge. It's really a great service. The cost was $75 every 3 months and is totally worth it."

"Very disappointed with my experience. Everything related to the actual work is very rushed. They have supervisors come out before the job is finished to sign off on the work. No one showed me any pictures or talked through what was done at the end. I had to ask one of the foreman as he was leaving if he could show us what was done. He seemed surprised I would ask. As a result we were left with an incomplete repair, trash on our property, and damage to our property. I had to call the salesman to get him to come out and he agreed what we had been left with was atrocious. If I hadn't called we would have been stuck with shoddy work, trash, and damage - that's their standard. We scheduled a call back that was a month out to give them plenty of time to get organized and make sure we were getting what we paid for. I was supposed to get refunded for part of the job and I've never seen a dime. The salesman was good enough to include another jack free of cost which I really appreciated. But on the morning of the call back, the crew had no idea about the jack or where to put it, so it was another morning of trying to light a fire under these people to keep their word. This isn't a dishwasher on the fritz, this is my home and tens of thousands of dollars. The lack of organization and respect for me and my home is inexcusable. So I wrote an email to the GM, thinking he'd take some ownership of what had happened and I'd at least get an apology and they'd work internally on improving. Not only did I not get an apology, he was defensive and said it was a "good repair." If that is the standard of a good repair, I'd hate to see a bad one. I'm going to have everything inspected by a structural engineer and will go from there. I've been treated with more respect buying fast food. Spend your money elsewhere."

"I got three estimates and ‘58 Foundation was by far the best. They explained all my options and worked within my budget. I needed foundation repair in specific areas under a load bearing wall and around my front door. They showed up on time. The foreman, Cam, kept me informed on the process. He along with the crewmen, Jordan and Keylin were courteous and professional and left the work area even cleaner than they found it. My house is over 100 yrs old and when I walk around now, the floors feel very solid."

They handled everything with the insurance company and assured the work was done on time with minimal inconvenience to us and little disruption to our property. "We began the building process of our new home in December of 2015 and move in in July 2016. I decided to not post negative reviews at the time because I had been so distraught during the process I just wanted to forget about the whole process and move on but today is the day to leave the review. The entire home building process was a nightmare from the beginning to end. The first issue was with basement door framed out to the wrong size, installed and charged for retaining walls without any communication to us after we specifically stated we did not want retaining walls. We had several windows and doors not centered properly. They installed the wrong tile in guest bathroom. And these were just a few of the issues we had during the build. I guess the one main issue was with the owner of the company and the way we were treated. We were told to not go to the home everyday and look for mistakes and any mistakes would be taken care at the end of the process. He locked us out of our own home and would not let us in to see what was going on until he received his final payment. He wanted the final payment before the house was completed. It was an issue everyday of something being done wrong or him treating us terrible. We did not have one change order in the home but he kept telling us that he had $30,000 of his own money in this home. Now I am posting this today, 6 years later because we decided to have the metal replaced on all our door frames due to the metal work being so bad. After removing the metal wrapping we found all the garage doors and man doors to be rotting and all the door frames are going to have to be replaced after only 6 years. Please beware!!!!!"
