"This project went amazingly! Michel and Jeffrey gave me a thorough review and estimate of costs. They were very good communicators and were easy to stay in touch with. They were flexible in scheduling and were willing to work in the time frame that worked with my schedule. Their estimate was more than reason and their work was excellent. They came prepared to the job site and really did an outstanding job. The project didn’t take as long as I expected and their work was so good that we are already planning our next project! These are two honest hardworking men and I highly recommend them for any project you have. They seriously do just about everything you would need help with in fixing or renovating your home!"

"We are approaching 2 years since we hired Brandon Sweeney to repair storm damage to our house. The work that was completed is horrible quality. Constantly having to request that work be redone so that it didn't appear to be done by a toddler. He took the last payment we gave him and has refused to answer phone calls or text. We have a damaged window on the front of our house that we were assured was purchased and would be replaced.......nest week, over and over again. Do not hire Brandon Sweeney, unless you want to lose your money."

"It was a nightmare. The crew was left to tear down a wall and the existing half bath without supervision. The next day the same crew was left to frame the new bathroom. The framing was completely incorrect. To add insult to injury one side of the framing was nailed into a existing tile floor that was to remain and not be damaged. I called Michael that same day and told him the framing was incorrect. Michael told me not to worry it can be easily fixed and that he and his contractor would come by in the morning to hash it out. The next morning I received a text stating that the contractor, his crew and Michael were all feeling ill and could not come by. They were being tested for covid. Then about 40 minitues later the crew shows up at my door asking me for their tools. They said that they were working another job. They told me they were feeling fine. When I texted Micheal he said no no no, it wasn't the crew that was ill it was the construction leader, then it was the construction leader's child. He then admited he really didn't know. I didn't feel Micheal was trustworthy, nor did I feel he cared about the errors made or rectifying them. Micheal seemed happy to just leave me in a mess hoping I would just beg him to return. Micheal was quick to walk away and keep my desposit. Upon having other contractors come to estimate finishing the project, I was told how terribly installed the framing was and that I had to now remove the perfectly good tile floor they nailed the incorrect framing to ruining the tile. It cost me more than the deposit I paid to have the incorrect work removed as well as the floor. Even further I have written numerous times to Micheal asking for reimbursement of my deposit to cover the costs of his crews mishap."

"John and his team were excellent from the first conversation to the install. He explained all the options and cost breakdown clearly and worked to ensure we were confident with our decision. He is VERY responsive and his team did an amazing job on the installation. They were timely, courteous and went out of their way to ensure every part of the install was to our expectations. They also cleaned up and ensured our space was spotless before they left. This was an excellent experience and we couldn't be happier with the piece of mind they provided at a great price.
