Arnold Concrete - THIS is a top-notch, family owned, local operation! A third-generation company operated out of Brentwood. Johnny Arnold and his son, along with Alfredo Lopez, and their entire crew, do a phenomenal job. We had our asphalt driveway replaced with a limestone chip mix aggregate concrete, along with two cobblestone stamped and dyed areas. The project met and far exceeded expectations! Johnny was extremely helpful from the very beginning. He helped us decide on the right material for our property, directed us toward other projects he's completed for reference, and set clear expectations for project installation and completion. It was flawless. Watching he and his crews work is fascinating by itself. Their coordination on material delivery, installation and finishing is a show on its own. Their entire crew is very skilled, extremely respectful, and a pleasure to work with. We met with several companies when doing our research. This operation stood out by far. Prompt return phone call and was able to come to my home to give an estimate that afternoon (Owner of company, Johnny Arnold) as he was working near me. Mr Arnold and I talked about what kind of work would be done and how, and was given time frame.
Work started on the day we agreed upon, driveway was evened up, excess gravel hauled away, and driveway framed up first day. The 2nd day it was forecasted to rain, so cancelled concrete. Saturday morning, came in and poured concrete- Mr Arnold was in the wet concrete WITH his workers getting the concrete evened out! After poured, the workers did all the smoothing and evening up, then brushing the surface. Sunday morning, came back, removed forms and cleaned up area and did the required cutting. My new driveway looks fabulous! I am extremely pleased! Mr Arnold's workers are very good and meticulous. They showed up earlier than expected, and were very polite.

Arnold Concrete did a good job. The work was done extremely well, but it was pretty expensive. Also, I had some questions about what was being done, but I couldn't get any answers since there was a language barrier with both workers that were there.
