The Radon Guys were amazing. I was representing the buyer of a home that came back with a more than normal radon level. They helped educate my buyer and we came up with a plan to move forward with the purchase of the home. A brand new radon mitigation system was installed and radon level came back at less than. 1. Would absolutely recommend them in the future.

The Radon Guys were absolutely great to work with during the planning and pricing phase; and their install technician Chris was professional, polite, knowledgeable , meticulous and really exceeded my high expectations (and I’m a builder). Their approach to the existing conditions was creative and the final result has been a big improvement (lower) in radon levels and the way the system was installed, you don’t even know it’s there. The Radon Guys saved the day and the sale of my house! The existing mitigation system (from another company) was installed incorrectly which was discovered during a home inspection and testing. From re-testing, to diagnostics, to repairs and post testing, the Radon Guys were a pleasure to work with. Devin , Nick, and Chris are knowledgeable, professional, and understood the urgency with a very tight deadline to close. The repairs were completed with minimal disruption or cosmetic surface damage and I was kept informed of every step. The area was cleaned after the work was completed. As we had already vacated the home, I was immediately notified of the passing score and the report was received shortly after. The closing was able to proceed without delays. If you need radon testing or mitigation, save yourself the headaches and just use The Radon Guys. You won't be sorry!

I live in a 1940s home with an unfinished concrete basement and radon levels that had a two-week average of 5.1 at its highest point in the year. Not super high but still higher than we'd like. Two other companies came out to the house and said there was almost no air flow in our slab and recommended mitigating the crawlspaces instead. The Radon Guys came out and were more thorough in checking for air flow and said they found some good flow, to their surprise. It was hard to know what to believe but I decided based on reviews to trust them. I am glad that I did, it's been seven months and radon is down almost 40% with an average of 1.6. They did acknowledge that they can't guarantee radon levels at zero, because there isn't gravel under our house, but my goal was to get the radon below 2.7 World Health Organization standard and that has been achieved. Their prices were competitive with the other companies and they were easy to communicate with. They even came out to the house to check the fan when it had stopped running (turns out a painter had tripped the breaker). Would highly recommend these guys.

Chris and Matty did a fantastic job. They were clear in communication, diligent in their work, and the mitigation system got our radon number down to a safe number (.2) within a week.

About 2 months ago The Radon Guys came out to treat my home and the results speak for themselves. Within 24 hours of installation my radon levels dropped from 8-12 pCi/L down to 3-4 pCi/L. The install was quick and effective and the technicians were friendly and professional. 10/10 would hire again (and I might just to knock my radon levels down a bit further).
