"Frontier sells the top-end of the solutions for sealing a crawl space, which is a good idea in the humid Middle Tennessee climate. I was replacing the HVAC ducting and thought it was a good time to resolve the remaining water issues. Frontier had a person onsite within a few days (and the quick response was to accommodate my schedule) who did an extremely thorough inspection and detailed estimate. The person was also a long-time house inspector and I've rarely had the opportunity to work with someone as knowledgeable as he was - and the proposal reflected this. Unfortunately I was not able to go forward with the work at that time and am adopting 'watchful waiting' over the next couple of years until the current tenant's run is over. However when the time is right I will return to Frontier for a proposal update and hopefully to complete the work."

"DFX did and excellent job. I helped my sister, Rebecca Morris get her sagging floors and foundation repaired on her home. We worked with Bryan Patrick from DFX. Bryan was great to work with and was very knowledgeable about his product and services as well as the repairs that were needed. He answered all our questions, was very punctual and accountable both before, during and after the work was completed. His team did an outstanding job leveling her floors, bracing the support beams and replacing bad floor joist. I would highly recommend DFX to anyone needing repairs on floors and foundations. "There were a of communication (or lack of on the part of the company) and scheduling issues. When the workers arrived they finished the project, but told me they didn’t have a truck to haul away the rubble. I was too tired to argue, so it was left for me to shovel and rake. Later, I noticed that the workers cut expansion joints but did not cut up to the house because they didn’t have the correct tool, so they just left it. I had to call for them to come back and finish it. They also chipped part of the concrete. When I pointed it out, I was told to just fill it with sealant, and it would be alright. The concrete slab is good, but I wouldn’t really recommend them. Too much hassle."

"I live in an antebellum house, built in 1837. Over the past 175 years some of the bricks underneath the fireplace in the living room and gathering room had crumbled. The floor needed repairs and leveling. I contacted 4 companies to evaluate the problem and develop a solution. Luke Griffin, with Mr. Foundation, was the only person who actually went under the house and took pictures of the problem for us to see. We were able to see what was happening at the fireplaces. He then studied the problem and the next day offered us a solution. They came and installed steel beams with stainless steel jacks, leveled the floors and resolved the problem. I tell people an elephant now could jump up and down on the floors. Would I recommend Mr. Foundation?? 100%!!! And, FYI, their price was considerably less than two of the other companies."
