David Johns arrived on time and was professional and courteous. He took time to explain the process to us, and allowed us extra time to choose a different color and consult with family on the color change. He even took time to addend the contract to make sure the color change was noted. We also changed the grid pattern and he was very helpful in showing us examples of the final look we would achieve with each choice. We couldn't be happier with how he represented the company! Ty did a wonderful job today. He came to my home and even managed to save us some money! Which in this economy is crucial. I think the product will overall be better than what we originally designed. The service turned out excellent. What stood out was the quality of the product, excellent service people, and if there is a problem, they take care of it immediately. They are on the high-end of pricing. It is quality products, but it is pricey. Compared to several companies, the product is superior. To me, it was worth the price.
