Ty did a wonderful job today. He came to my home and even managed to save us some money! Which in this economy is crucial. I think the product will overall be better than what we originally designed. I’m thankful for his assistance I highly recommend Ty Walters and Renewal By Andersen! Shout out to Jonathan Simms, my window, sales consultant.
Description of Work
Turning a three season porch into a Fourseason room with heating and air conditioning. Installing high-performance, smart, sunglass and windows with composite frames. These are the best on the market, and I have them in my office, kitchen, and bedrooms as well. This is a phase 3 project for us and will probably be doing a phase 4 at some point.

We are working towards an installation date to be in early 2023. Initial meet and great completed with rough measurements initial quote. Second recent meeting was to nail down measurements on all windows and sliding door. We adjusted initial quote as we agreed on some changes. Both meetings were fantastic with absolutely no pressure to buy this window or that door. You the consumer run the show!

Spent over $14,000 with RBA Nashville last year, for windows on the back side of the house, and a door to our deck. Products were good, but it took them 6 visits to get a French door to close correctly. Each guy that showed up said that what the last guy did was wrong, but NOW it'll be fixed. So we make an appointment to get a quote for the front side of the house. 6:00 the night before, one of their phone sloths calls to "prequalify" us (forget that we already spent a ton of money with them). I was in traffic and couldn't talk. She said she would call back later. No call. So the appointment time comes and goes - no Andersen. No call. Called the office to find out why they didn't show - they said they tried to call me at 7:00 last night, got no answer, and couldn't come out without talking to us first ! Well, two problems - #1, my call log on my cell phone shows NO 7:00 call, so your girl is lying about calling us a second time; #2, DID IT EVER OCCUR TO YOU TO CALL US OR E-MAIL US (YOU HAVE OUR E-MAIL) AND TELL US YOU WERE NOT COMING ??? WE ARE SITTING AROUND WITH OUR THUMBS UP OUR BUTT, AND ASKING YOU TO TAKE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF OUR MONEY, AND YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO TELL US YOU CAN'T BE BOTHERED COMING OUT ??? REALLY, GUYS ??? And then the "call center manager" actually had the cajones to tell me he'd "see if he could reschedule me". Yeah, right. Lots of other window companies out there, kids. You've seen the last penny from me. Do NOT deal with these people.

The installation team was professional, friendly, and totally cleaned the worksite at the end of each day. They came over and gave us they're presentation and why their windows are the best. But when saw the price tag we were thinking that the windows must be Kevlar coated because that's way too much!

The service turned out excellent. What stood out was the quality of the product, excellent service people, and if there is a problem, they take care of it immediately. They are on the high-end of pricing. It is quality products, but it is pricey. Compared to several companies, the product is superior. To me, it was worth the price.

I had an outstanding experience with them. They did what they were supposed to. They did part of it in January, and the remainder in May. We will use them again, because the do doors as well, and we are looking at replacing a couple doors.
