"The sales rep, Paul, was amazing. He was professional and very knowledgeable about bats and the removal process. The tech, Adam, was very thorough and accommodating. The price was fair and Paul worked with me on figuring out how to get what I needed done, while staying within my budget, which I very much appreciated.
