"These are extremely nice and responsive people. However, their mole removal service just doesn’t work. We have had 5 scheduled treatments. We are now told that we are beyond warranty after the last treatment on 8/16. We started the service back on 6/19. And now after a $625 charge, we still have moles. These folks may be very effective in other areas, but if you need mole removal, this company definitely doesn’t have the solution."

Called to talk to a supervisor and got a run around from terrible customer service person that told me they did not have a phone number for a supervisor. Got two "free" retreatments that burned my grass. Supervisor showed up unannounced at my house a month later after I cancelled my service. Too little, too late. Then I was charged $77 on my credit card 25 days after they told me my account was cancelled."

This is why glass containers or traps are often used to safely contain them. Keeping furniture or bed frames away from walls and using smooth materials as a block can help limit their ability to climb into sleeping or resting areas.

Moles make mounds that look like tiny volcanoes, and they are sometimes obscure. They're stealthy creatures that feast on insects. Gophers, on the other hand, create half-moon mounds while digging deeper tunnels. These critters chew on roots and plants, so it is often easier to spot the damage created. Lastly, try changing out your bait—in-shell peanuts or peanut butter often work best.
