He gave me a price I was really comfortable with and was standing In my yard when I pulled in the driveway. He had already surveyed the yard. As luck would have it the wasps had disappeared by this time so this is a story with a happy ending. I have had less than desirable experiences with other pest control companies and will be calling Pest Shield for future services."

"The sales rep, Paul, was amazing. He was professional and very knowledgeable about bats and the removal process. The tech, Adam, was very thorough and accommodating. The price was fair and Paul worked with me on figuring out how to get what I needed done, while staying within my budget, which I very much appreciated. I was worried that it was going to be a really involved process, as bats are a protected species in my state, but Paul and Adam walked me through everything and made it all easy to understand.
