"Joe is dependable and quick to respond with information. We will be using him going forward for our outdoor insect control. Great guy and we enjoyed meeting him. Fair pricing too!"

"The sales rep, Paul, was amazing. He was professional and very knowledgeable about bats and the removal process. The tech, Adam, was very thorough and accommodating. The price was fair and Paul worked with me on figuring out how to get what I needed done, while staying within my budget, which I very much appreciated. I was worried that it was going to be a really involved process, as bats are a protected species in my state, but Paul and Adam walked me through everything and made it all easy to understand. I will definitely be using them again if I run into another critter problem! 10/10 recommend!"
"Very knowledgeable guy who seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t know results of spraying. Have had much rain since. Will have to see if it worked. Terminex will spray again the beginning of next month."
"We had a pest problem (mice) in our attic and crawlspace. As a result, we needed to not only remove the pests and close up entry / access points but also to remove and replace the 30+ year old insulation in our attic. We had read many positive reviews as well as received personal referrals from friends for the team at Complete Animal Removal / Complete Insulation and we were not disappointed. Many thanks to Michael for meeting with us for the initial inspection, answering questions, and guiding us through the process. The Teams from Complete Animal Removal / Complete Insulation Inc. did a fantastic job. They were very thorough and professional. The team at Complete Animal Removal worked through the pest removal process and closed up all entry and access points to prevent future issues. This process took several weeks and included sealing up all access points in our attic, crawlspace, etc. Once we had the pest issue under control, the team at Complete Insulation removed all of our fiberglass insulation in our attic and installed new closed-cell spray foam insulation. The spray-foam insulation install process went very smoothly. We had one minor electrical item that needed to be addressed in the attic while the team was prepping for the install and the team had an electrician onsite same day. We really appreciated the guys knocking out the install in a single day. Many thanks to Josh Gilbert, Josh Francis, Colton Brake, Alex Moulton, and Dylan King. They laid down heavy plastic to protect all of our hardwood floors and cleaned up when they finished. I've posted several pics to show before and after. We are very pleased with the outcome and would recommend to family and friends."
Natural methods such as spraying orange oil, spreading diatomaceous earth, or spreading boric acid can help prevent termites from entering your home or damaging your garden. Place these solutions near termite entry points to deter them. Termites also dislike the smell of cedarwood, geranium, and tea tree oil, which can all be used to keep termites away.
Many brownish housebound arachnids could be mistaken for hobo or wolf spiders, including nursery web spiders. An easy way to classify is to look for traditional spider webs, as neither hobos nor wolves participate in this practice.
No, pest control is not covered by home insurance. This is considered routine maintenance that is the responsibility of the homeowner. Although this may be discouraging news, don’t let it deter you from taking care of your home so you can prevent pests from entering and becoming a bigger nuisance. Otherwise, you may have a bigger problem on your hands that you’ll also have to cover out-of-pocket.
Make it easier for your inspector to do a thorough assessment by preparing your home ahead of time. That includes:
Noting any signs of pests around the home
Removing obstacles in the way of the attic, basement, plumbing, garbage, and other key areas that inspectors will need to access
Keeping children and pets away from inspection areas
Unlike for rats and mice, poisonous baits and fumigants aren’t a legal option for dealing with squirrel invasions. So, don’t set any traps up using standard rodenticides. Remember that you typically need a permit for trapping and relocating squirrels found on your property. Some states even specify the types of traps you need to use.
