when the day arrived for them to treat I had it a whole home ready as they asked everything pulled away from the baseboards I went ahead and flipped over the couches and tore off the black matting even though they didn't instruct me to do so also backed up all of her clothes even though they also did not instruct me to do that we went ahead and put plastic covers over all of our box springs in cloth mattress covers over our mattresses. Levi showed up with the owner and they look pleasantly surprised when they saw how the house was organized for them. They were very polite explain the process told us what we could do and what we could not do post-treatment. They were Beyond polite they treated our whole house within an hour and 30 minutes and was very thorough with the chemicals that they used. Also I might add the pesticides that they used did not have any ill effect on me and my family no one got sick IE puking no one had fever like chills and no one dealt with just a general feeling of being unwell like they did each previous time I tried to treat the house on my own. It's been 3 days and none in the family have gotten bitten. I have seen zero live bugs since the treatment. They're very polite treated every room in our house and even the garage. And my dad was here since he was the one who gave me the chair with the bed bugs in the first place and he wanted to help and also watch their work and he was very satisfied with how they went about their business. My dad always mentions that he was an ex-cop for Bradley County to anybody who wants to listen and they actually provided a $50 discount on what I already thought was a generous deal when compared to the other pest control company prices. If I could I would give them a hundred Stars The Professional, polite, punctual, and understood that we were on a budget up front and did everything they could to get the price point better than we could have ever imagined. They said if we start to have issues again because bed bugs are so difficult to get rid of they will do a follow-up treatment for a discounted price as well because my father is a retired police officer. If I ever have any bug issues they're going to be the first people I call for the rest of my life as long as they're in business. the price on listing below is with the police force discount and we also did a lot of work ourselves inside the house so they didn't have to prior to them coming so keep that in mind.

They service every three months. They are near my church. The service is very good. I have excellent results. I sometimes have bugs in my pantry so I called them other their service time and they come and provide the service, they don't charge me any extra for that.

He was prompt professional and offered to return in a week to spray again if we felt it necessary.

They are very personable, prompt, professional and what they said they would do, they delivered. The price is reasonable. I would use this provider again in the future.

We use this company on a regular basis. They check our termite traps. If we have other issues they come and spray at those times as well for no additional cost. Would highly recommend. There staff are very friendly, professional and helpful.

Chris was wonderful! We moved into a rental property that was infested with mice. The rental agent sent Chris over the next day. He took the time that was needed and came over every day for the first week to remove bodies from the traps. On the second week he came over every other day for body removal. Once the poisoning took effect Chris came and spent almost 4hrs under the crawl space mouse-proofing this house! The landlord had to pay for this service so I don't know what the cost was for the mice removal, but we liked the job Chris did so we continued to use his services.
He was kind and very prompt with his appts. We called him about a month later when we discovered a roach infestation. Since the rental agreement didn't cover this we paid out of pocket for 4mos. service and once again he did a great job. 2yrs later and we still have no problem here!
My husband and I just recently purchased a home in Chattanooga and we absolutely will call Chris again should any pest problems arise. It's nice to know there is one less thing to worry about!
