The sales person got back to me and answered all my questions, the installation crew was incredible and they did a really great job and there are very little seams on my whole house. The clean up crew was great and the whole job for the entire exterior of my house was done in two days. They installed siding for the whole house, installed soffit and fascia boards, and installed the gutters and downspouts. The house looks phenomenal and they did a really great job. Our dock was over 40 yrs+.Our neighbor called me to see the work that they were in the process of what they had done.Man it was AWESOME..The owner of this Co came to our house to give us an estimate for Totally removing our dock,+removeing a railroad retaining wall,an replaceing both...We had an estimate within 2 days..We were on a limited time frame because our community had dropped the lake to where people could have work done on there docks.. Let me tell ya the neighbors dock was Masterpiece,an was finished!! Joe an his crew came in on our project,in very very fridged temps,removed dock, retaining wall.An rebuilt Dock ,an retaining wall..In 2 weeks.. Joe an his guys were professional to the max.. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
