"Replaced trap and added a vent to Kitchen sink drain replaced and added a vent. Replaced 2 faucets in bathroom. Replaced drain and cleared drain for slow drain shower. He visited to evaluate promptly when I called. Showed up when he said he would. Stayed within the budget we agreed to. I would recommend Jim."

"We had some problems scheduling but once we were able to connect the HVAC pro came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem, then fixed it (it WAS a clogged drain line after all which he determined by exercising the pump). Because I had a service contract they did not charge me."
