81 Terrazas Construction built my kitchen pantry. They took time to listen to my needs for my pantry and they came up with a design that met my needs. They were on time with the project and delivery. They informed me every stage of the project and was upfront with the cost for the pantry build.

Work went well. David showed up daily and performed work as stated. Subpanel was added in the storage building, along with wiring for an AC, several switched outlets for lights and power tools and he added outdoor outlets around the house as well.

"I utilized this contractor for multiple projects. On the first 2 projects, they were an excellent contractor to work with. They showed up daily and were good at communicating what was happening with the project. The last time I used them was a different story. Communication fell apart. The lead of the project wouldn't show up most days, so the workers didn't know what they were supposed to work on. Sloppy work was done throughout the house, even though most of the payments were made. I have cabinet doors that were added that are crooked and the contractor states it's the fault of the house and framing. The exterior was painted in poor conditions, even though I was told the conditions weren't going to be an issue. The paint is running around the entire exterior. The most frustrating part of all of this is I've contacted the contractor about fixing items that were done wrong. They said they'll come out to fix it and never showed. I cannot say it enough - avoid this contractor."

The team showed up exactly when they said they would, worked hard and efficiently, and most importantly didn’t leave a leaf in site at the end (no bags either!).
