I called him and he quickly called me back and explained about a family emergency that required immediate attention. We rescheduled and he called from the road to let me know when he would arrive and he got here exactly when he said he would (5 minutes early). Her is very friendly and super polite. My jobs were not challenging for him but he handled each one professionally. I even asked his advice on a couple of things that I could do for myself and he gladly told me what I know.
