Sean called 15 minutes later to let me know he is on the way. He found the blower motor was the problem and needed to be replaced or get a new unit. I elected for a new blower motor since my A/C unit was only 11 years old and was installed by Total HVAC. Sean got a new motor from the supply house and in 2-1/2 hours we had heat. My wife is very happy and I am happy. Thank you Total HVAC for excellent service and special thanks to Sean for a great job getting us taken care of on cold morning. Jim Justis"

Most HVAC companies charge a flat service call fee of between $75 and $150, which includes traveling to your home and inspecting your system to find the underlying problem.
