They mis-diagnosed the problem trying to sell an entire new unit. The tech guy was pushy and stayed at our house for 1.5 hours talking our ears off while waiting for the sales guy to come give us a quote. The sales guy has since called and left me multiple messages over the weekend and then SHOWED UP TO MY HOUSE un-announced first thing Monday morning. When I did not answer he proceeded to make himself at home and walk around my yard to check out the unit. So unprofessional - all to make a sale when our unit does not need replacing. I used them this summer to clean the a/c and it was an expensive but decent experience. In the 6mo since summer I’ve received four sales calls to try to sell me stuff and get serviced again. So pushy and unprofessional.

Another review will be written once work is completed to rate quality of product, results and application. Can't be any happier with the initial stages of the work and responsiveness of start and completion date. If you have an emergency they respond immediately. Frankly, I was surprised the were so responsive. What ever do avoid ARS / Rescue Rooter Nashville as the schedule me as priority and called back after waiting all day to tell me they have another client and can't meet my prescheduled out the door by 3:00 p.m. They could careless and lost the sale of two the expensive items noted above.

With having an older unit, there are things that must be taken into consideration for parts. Especially when most of the region has AC problems. The technician who was sent was phenomenal. His name is Tim Bailey and he wears an invisible cape. He went above and beyond answering my calls throughout the week and informing me daily of my parts on order even over the weekend. The professionalism that he displays is superior to any other Heating/Cooling company I've used.

We've been using them for the last 20 years. We always use them. I buy a yearly contract from them. I didn't get charged anything for that particular visit. Each unit is $49 per season. Once in the fall, and another $49 in the Spring as long as you get that contract. You get two visits for $99 as long as you purchase it ahead of time. They're very thorough, they're technicians are very professional. They call ahead, and they are always on time.If we ever have questions, if it's something they don't have the answer to they get the answer. We replaced a thermostat last year, and they didn't know if it was going to be compatible with the unit. They took it upon themselves to call the manufacturer of the heating and air conditioning unit, and the manufacturer of the thermostat to make sure it was compatible. They go the extra mile.
