"A little pricey, but when you're trying to get something fixed outside of major cities in the SE AL area, Mr. Electric is about the only pro who would even return my calls! Not to mention, when they said they'd be at a certain spot at a certain time, they were there! You typically don’t need a permit to have an electrician replace an existing light fixture or electrical box. You can always call your local building department to see if your project needs a permit, but a professional electrician will be able to tell you.
