Halls Relocation LLCJoey moved several very large and heavy pieces of antique furniture to a new house for us, as well as several pieces of smaller furniture and boxes. He was extremely careful in wrapping all the pieces, which included mirrors and glass fronts. Everything was delivered safely and securely. He was dependable and checked with me multiple times before the move to make sure everything was on schedule. He arrived at the promised time and accomplished the loading within less than two hours. True Friends Moving CompanyFrom the start I was impressed. The guy that called me with the quote was very helpful and friendly. Communication was good with confirming the appointment and letting me know the guys were on the way and when they’d arrived. The 2 guys, Jerry and Stone, were incredible. They came in and didn’t stop moving until the job was done. We were impressed with their great attitudes, flexibility and work ethic. I have an old cabinet with glass panels that holds great sentimental value and I was very surprised by the care they took to pad, wrap and strap it to ensure the glass didn’t crack in transit (it didn’t). They made us laugh the whole time. I highly recommend this company to anyone and would use them again.- Courtney G.

American Van LinesAbsolutely Horrible. Be Very Afraid. Don’t be surprised if a week before your move you get a call from American Van Lines telling you they farmed out your move to another company with terrible reviews. And if you complain they threaten to cancel the contract. Don’t be surprised if 16 hours before the movers are supposed to arrive at your door you get a call saying they won’t be able to move you tomorrow and will have to reschedule your move out another 2 or 3 weeks out. Don’t be surprised when you ask to speak to a manager about this kind of a problem and you never get a call back.- Paul S.

So happy we found Moving APT for our move from Miami to Tampa. From the start, the responsiveness and professionalism provided by the Customer Service team far exceeded the other companies I had reached out to for a quote. The quote provided was very competitive and man, do these guys know the time and size of truck needed because they were right on for both! The day of our move the guys showed up on time, we're very organized, and took great care wrapping and moving our items. After the drive up to our new house the crew continued with the same level of care as the loading process, working efficiently and even asking if there was anything else we needed before they finished. We highly recommend Moving APT and would certainly use them again should we ever need to move again. Thank you to Alex, John and team.

Went beautifully. On time every time. They treated our belongings as if they were their own. The leader, Danny, pointed out the damages as they occurred and believe me it was minimal. A first for us in our 20+ moves. Piano was moved without problems. They carefully disassembled the exercise equipment, electronics,computer equipment and carefully packed them. They reassembled the exercise equipment and tested it on delivery. They carefully moved the washer and dryer without denting the thin front! Wow! They marked all boxes accurately and mixed room contents very little. They were very caring people as I had to take my wife to emergency room shortly after they got to work. At first I was uneasy leaving but they proved to be trustworthy and very caring. There were no problems leaving them for that six hours. All was not perfect, it never is. Other than a few minor dings I can count on one hand the only other issue was they were unable to reattach the dryer vent and move it into its final location. I had to finish it myself. It required a new vent hose. It became apparent at the start that the two 26’ trucks would not contain everything. Christy had no problems getting a third truck and crew on site the next morning. There was no delay to the original timeline, only the extra charge for the truck and crew. But she did give us a discount on it. They moved live plants, a first in our moves. All in all the best move ever. They made a very stressful time a little less so.

All the staff I spoke with were very professional and caring. Kimberly provided a quote, dealt with my changes along the way and was always kind and caring. The movers at both pick up site and delivery were professional and efficient. The process of communication regarding pick up and delivery was easy, the movers were on time and when they hit a traffic snag they went out of the way to let me know they would be a little late. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever need to move a piano over distance.
