The materials come from the great state of Texas and feel solid. There is a franchise in South Dakota now, which made the process so easy. The sub-contractor was very detailed oriented and a perfectionist, what every homeowner needs for a bathroom area, where water can cause some expensive issues. The design was okay, some of their ideas were spot on, some of them were way off but ultimately they just couldn't deliver after holding $10,000 of my money for over 2 months.
