the way they were talking it sounded like the third visit was going to be on their dime. we assummed the same since we never got a bill for almost two months. we then recieved a bill, so my wife called to ask about it. she talked to the owner, who talked down to her and was very very rude. when I saw my wife crying, I called him back to see what the deal was. he said my wife was too sensitive and that he said nothing wrong. He was saying things like "people like you, who don't pay your bill." fact is it took about two months to recieve it. all she was doing was questioning it, for we both thought if we did get a bill it would have discount on it for they never did the job the previous times. the kicker was that we sent the bill to them two days later, they then called us and said they recieved the check but lost it. and asked if we could send out another one. all in all, very good service, but if you have to deal with the owner, be prepared to be offended.
