I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to come out the same day. They diagnosed the problem and repaired the furnace to working order in less than an hour. No parts were needed and there was only a trip charge plus a labor charge.
Repairs took longer than I would have liked although the quality of the repairs was good.
They don't do boiler work.
The specialist (James) arrived on time and did a good job repairing and adjusting the sprinkler heads. He also gave advice on sprinkler maintenance.
