"We had a problem identifying what paint to use. Marlon wanted us to tell him what paint had been used on the decks in our Townhome Association, but we couldn't find that information. Then we gave him a sample of paint chips from our deck and he was able to get them analyzed. We wonder why he didn't do that at first. We also found that Marlon's communication with us was not always as complete as we would have liked. Sometimes we weren't sure what was going on. But when he finally came with his partner to do the work., they worked quickly and did a good job. We are quite pleased with the result."
