"I?m sorry you were not happy with the process. Unfortunately home repair is a messy business and appearance is usually worse before it gets better. Especially right after the very first coat which hadn?t even been sanded yet. Over a textured ceiling, to boot. As we discussed, when repairing textured ceilings it is necessary to apply a skim coat of joint compound, then sand it, then repeat 2 or 3 times, which is then cleaned up when the project is finished with water and a rag because it is water soluble and washes right off. It can be hard to wait for the lovely results at the end. I?m sorry we didn?t get to this point. Have a good day."
