"Dick and his crew did a superb job on our job. They preped poured and finished a 900 sq ft patio and sidewalk at my home. They removed the forms and cleaned up their mess and repaired any damage to my lawn. They did all of this in one day ! I would highly recommend this company !"

"These guys were great! They removed and replaced a large section of concrete basement floor. This was all hand work. They had to wheel all the rubble out and the new concrete in. They showed up on time and worked hard. They kept in contact via text and phone. The end product was very good."

Concrete Driveways questions, answered by experts

Generally 1-2 hours, depending on the area and level of dirt accumulation.

Deciding whether to buy or rent a pressure washer depends on your budget and how often you plan to use it.

  • Renting: The daily rental cost typically ranges from $40 to $175. Renting can be more cost-effective for a one-time project.

  • Buying: The purchase price for a pressure washer can range from $100 to over $1,000. More specifically, electric models generally cost between $100 and $400, while gas models run from $300 to $600.

If you anticipate using a pressure washer multiple times a year, buying one is often a better long-term investment. When purchasing, remember that a higher-quality machine will likely deliver better and more reliable results.

Regular cleaning, sealing, and filling gaps prevent weed growth and deterioration.

On average, pressure washing a house can take anywhere from 30 minutes to three hours. The time frame to pressure wash or power wash your home, fence, or other property depends on the size of the project and the complexity and accessibility of the areas that need cleaning. Part of the time required to complete the job includes setup and removal of equipment needed. A two-story house with a steep roof may require working from scaffolding or a ladder, likely adding to the time required to finish the project.

Yes, you can pressure wash epoxy floors, but you must take precautions to avoid damaging the surface. While most epoxy floors can be cleaned with a mop, you might choose to pressure wash if the floor is stained, has ground-in dirt, or is covered with mold or mildew. To do so safely, first soak any stains or dirty areas with a gentle cleanser. Use a lower pressure setting with a gentle nozzle, such as a green, white, or black tip, or a 45-degree angled tip. Keep the spray nozzle at least 18 inches away from the floor to protect the surface. Using a surface cleaner attachment or a rotary scrubber can also help prevent overspray. Be cautious if using a power washer that heats the water, as the combination of heat and pressure may be too powerful and could damage the epoxy coating.
