Hardy's owner Chad Leddy grew up in Watertown SD and has been contracting for over 10 years. As the industry has grown so has Chad and his staff. Polymer coatings are very durable and cost efficient but take a lot of knowledge and experience to use them and apply them correctly. Through the years we have continued to educate ourselves and have been certified in many manufactures products and application techniques. The equipment we use is efficient and HEPA certified and recognized as some of the top brands in the industry.

Generally speaking, epoxy is the best garage floor coating. There are two main types of garage floor coating you can consider: epoxy and polyaspartic. Epoxy coating comes at a more affordable price but loses when it comes to durability and long-term use. Concrete stain should last for five to 20 years, depending on the type of stain you use. Acid-based concrete stains can last up to 20 years if they’re well-maintained, though you'll do well to reseal the concrete every few years. Water-based concrete stains will last about five years before the color begins to fade, especially on outdoor concrete projects that see UV light, rain, and snow. Most homeowners reseal their stained concrete every three to five years to maintain the color, regardless of the type of stain they used.
