We purchased a home in West Fargo, ND. in February 2022, from a less than honest individual, who had covered up and failed to disclose the home had basement water/foundation issues. "I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"

"They couldn't deliver, they specified items that after months of waiting, they could never deliver. In the mean time, they directed me to have plumbing rough and done, and then when they couldn't deliver the system for which the plumbing was done, I now have to spend several thousand dollars having the plumbing redone for another system that I found out on my own. The design was okay, some of their ideas were spot on, some of them were way off but ultimately they just couldn't deliver after holding $10,000 of my money for over 2 months. I am currently in a dispute with them with American Express because they still haven't credited me back the money I paid them to purchase things that they never delivered."

Did a good job, providing 2 layouts to choose from.  Completed design and sent email and snail mail paint and furniture samples in a little over a month from starting the process.  The previous estimate was 2-3 weeks so it wasn't so late.  My only disappointment was the design was not for the complete room.  They told me that the missing area was considered an entry way or hallway and could be designed for an additional fee.  I did not want to pay an additional and accepted their explanation, but on second thought, in my opinion, it isn't really separate.  There is a large archway one-third of the way into the room, but I have never considered it as two separate rooms and no one visiting my home has ever mentioned it.  Every room has an entrance.  I wouldn't call the way to get into a room as a separate room. Other than that, I would say a got a great deal overall.
