"We hired Bryce to do a number of things for our salon/barbershop B Sharp Cut Co at 524 7th in Rapid City. He gutted the space, did the framing and drywall, primed it, installed LVT, added decorative tin tiles to the soffit, added baseboards and built a bar. His attention to detail is top notch. He kept things clean as he worked and asked lots of questions. He cares about his craft and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. He is a true craftsman!"

"We are so happy with our new shower, Tim was so nice and he was able to give us exactly what we wanted, he listened and was involved start to finish. Nick who installed the shower was such a hard working man. He didnâ t take a lunch break and worked late to make sure we had our shower done the day he started. When he was working he asked us questions and checked with us on what we wanted and it turned out amazing! We canâ t thank them enough, and when Tim came by to check on the work, he helped us move our bed and furniture in our room around to where we wanted it. What nice and great people! Thank you again for the amazing experience, we canâ t wait for our walk-in tub to be installed!"

As a local member of the community, I have been in the construction industry for just over 10 years. With experience ranging from general construction needs, to light electrical, and plumbing I have the knowledge it takes to complete a job on time and with excellent quality. \n\nWhy pay more for a large contractor to provide you a simple service when you can save money and have some peace of mind knowing a local member of the community is taking care of your needs and providing exactly what you need.

The average cost to hire a handyman ranges from about $40 to $140 per hour. Average project cost ranges between $180 and $700, but the cost per hour and per project depends heavily on the type, size, and complexity of the project. The pro’s experience level and your location also factor into how much a handyman charges per hour or per project. You can also expect to pay higher rates or additional fees for emergency services, or around periods of high customer demand, like holidays.
The cost of home remodeling is $50,000 for the average homeowner. However, this cost can range anywhere from $3,000 for a small project to $170,000 for a whole home remodel. Factors like project size, location, and room type all affect your overall cost. For example, bedroom remodeling costs are one of the least expensive projects, costing about $1,500 to $5,500 per bedroom. However, a kitchen remodel has a significant cost range, totaling anywhere from $14,500 to over $70,000.
Generally, general contractors charge between $50 and $150 hourly, though not every contractor charges by the hour. If charging based on the project, you can expect a markup of 10% to 20% of the construction cost. You can expect to pay between $300 and $500 daily if charged by the day.
Yes, most states require home remodeling contractors to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed home remodeling contractor could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations.
