"Outstanding craftsmanship!!!! Highly recommend for all your home improvement needs. My husband who is retired from many years in construction and home building said,” This is old world craftsmanship rare in today’s market.” The owner, Nick, arrived for our estimate on time and the project completed according to time lines. Our existing cabinets had to be removed and relocated , a frame out around our washer and dryer was custom made to hold the weight of a quartz top and a custom side cabinet was designed to fit into a tight space for storing laundry hamper and baskets. We had no left over clean up all the install was meticulously done. Nick was on site to oversee and support the project with his expertise, he also adjusted a main entrance door not included in our price package. Crown molding was added to cabinets for a finished look at his suggestion and also chair rail molding was installed in my breakfast nook . He repaired an existing kitchen door hanging down due to a broken screw which was lodged in the frame ( Also not included in the original project and at no additional charge) We were so pleased with the finished project , we are adding this company to our home owners association list for preferred contractors. "They arrived 10:00am and stop work at dark. They returned 7:00am to complete the shingling and job site clean-up and left 8:15am. Removed 3 layers of old shingles, replaced 8 sheets of old OSB roofing. Replaced material with long life shingles. Roofing looks great. Cleaned up all construction debris and left ground like it was before work began. Great job."

They did excellent work, so we brought them back out to install two awning windows for us along with several other small jobs we needed done. "Due to weather the job was started slightly after the original date and we had interruptions that were weather related. The weather is always a factor on an outside job and flexibility needs to be understood. Steve and anyone we have ever dealt with through his company have been extremely polite and accommodating. We have actually hired Nexgen for more jobs since the original and would do so again. The quality is outstanding and Steve's knowledge and willingness to work with us and help us with our vision was something no one else could do. This is not a cookie-cutter operation. Steve listened and offered options which included ideas we were not even aware of. Great contractor to do business with.
