As always, the three man crew it was professional, thorough, and just a great bunch of guys. The owner's, Joe and Lisa were here to oversee the work to make sure everything was done to Joe's high standards of quality. They also installed two new plugs on our porches. These guys do it all, and they do it well! Anytime I need anything done with my home for now on, Dixie Home Improvements is the first place I'm gonna call. Highly recommend!"

There were things out of his control that contributed to that, so we understood. And again, he kept us in the loop. He also built us a new shed during that time and that slowed down the progress of the porch as well. We loved Calvin and would be happy to have him do more work for us."

"Excellent-why? After requesting a quote on Angie's List I received a return call within minutes. Brandon scheduled me for a 1 hour slot from the time of the call. Josh and Q arrived early (can you believe it?). They went through every irrigation zone and identified the issues. They showed which sprinkler heads had issues.Some had to have the angle readjusted, some were covered with dirt and landscaping and 3 heads needed to be replaced. Very pleased with their professionalism and can do attitude. I'll be calling them in the future and telling all of our neighbors about their services."

A sl8ght problem with the lower door seal came up the next morning. Called them and Jarad said they fully guaranteed their work and they would be out on Monday (called on Saturday morning)morning to correct the problem. Had some problems with the credit care payment going through the processor, but Jarad was extremely patient and cooperative in fixing the problem.
