"Fence installed by Mr. Sizemore alone. He had no crew. Said we did not need survey - having to survey again because new tenants in the new house next to our property line saying fence on their property (in some places) but no problem with them?!?. Lot of left over fencing and cement which we paid for but gave to Mr. Sizemore to move from our property. Plat of fencing and plat of cement left and approximately 20 bags of cement was rained on. Fence not installed the length we paid for so we lost money!!!!!! He was to do another project for us to replace wood under carport which we paid him an additional 600.00 to do and he used old vinyl siding already there saying he did not know anything about siding. He supposedly replace the top with the right boards? Used stain he had left over from another project which was not the color we were supposed to have because he said the heat ruined left over stain from the fencing. Now the siding trim is falling down - not a professional job at all. He is a good person but needs help with his business. Said he was trying to get help but no one wants to work!! He did a professional job with the fencing that he did install but we lost money!!! If on neighbor’s property, fencing will have to be removed!!! A potential issue Nightmare!!!"

Initially I contacted Angie and requested a number of fencing companies to contact me. By the next day I had a number of companies to contact me and schedule an appointment with me for a free estimate. Once meeting with each company. My final decision was to go with Valdez Landscape & Fencing company because of Enrique and his team and the reviews I read on them. Along with the fair price I was quoted. On the scheduled day of the fence install. Enrique and his team arrived at my home bright and early and ready to go. After talking with Enrique regarding a concern I had about installing a section of the fence up a small hill I have and how it would look. Enrique was creative enough and flexible enough to come up with a quick solution for installing the white vinyl fence on the small section of hill. They worked all day until the whole white vinyl fence was installed. And although I had concerns about how the fence would look, especially going up the hill. All I can say is that they “Did a beautiful job” with the whole fence installation project. And all my concerns were gone. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. "After numerous bids from Angie List providers, this company was by far the most reasonable of all. The work was done with
professionalism and in a timely manner. Even with all the rain, this company installed ahead of projected start date.
The quality of work was excellent. These people know what they are doing. Gates are built right on the spot rather than pre cut ones. I can't say enough. The crew was excellent, management extremely cooperative and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

"R&S came out and rebuilt a pre existing deck i had that had seen better days and installed lighting.. They also did some landscaping around the deck area to add some extra flare. It looks fantastic.
