"Let me start by saying, this is the second time using this company this year for counters while building our house. The first time they installed all the countertops. They were great to work with and the work was awesome! This has been an entirely different (very negative) experience and has left me with an awful opinion of their company. I have an email stating the installer would be "at the house no later than 10 am, was first on the books and wouldn't take long at all to install the island countertop." Long story short, was lied to by 3 different employees ( or maybe told one truth) and they didn't show until after 4. And left a mess all over and a bunch of screws...glad I missed and entire days pay for this."
